My work involves systems engineering - computers; when that day is done I spend my time doing whatever interests me and that usually starts with the gym. I work out at least 4 days a week - I work out hard, really hard.

It's one of the ways I can test myself and find out what I'm really made of on any given day. It's also where I get to find out just how I can remake myself when I find out something I don't like.
